Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, 森の宿 ビヨルク is located in Myoko. Bjork was very comfortable, clean and stylish. It is nestled in the middle of the woods so some of the windows framed the natural beauty of the Myoko area. The couple who run the place are meticulous about every detail and you feel well taken care of from the first moment to the last. We ordered the breakfast both mornings and it was delicious and satisfying. It was nice to come back to the smell of a fireplace after a day on the hills. We will return there if we go back to Myoko in the future.

Refre Hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere!! They served a delicious and healthy breakfasts and even served made to order omelets. We enjoyed the onsen, and were very close to the ski rental shop just a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming!!

Just a 4-minute walk from JR Niigata Station, Juraku Stay Niigata is a business hotel. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Location is a little bit far away from the train station but it’s still good for us. The room is clean but still have a little bit dirty for example the chair has dirt, I think it’s cause of the hotel have years. The breakfast is pretty good but if they have a bit more of the western style food is much better.

Situated in Niigata, 1.5 km from Toki Messe, HOTEL GLOBAL VIEW Niigagta boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel is just across Niigata Station. Since I arrived before check in, they kept my luggage for me. The single room was a good size, and it even had a sitting area with a table. Room had a humidifier, hangers, fabric freshener, shoe brush. Power outlets near the bed. Water kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator also available. Bottled water, towels, slippers, pajamas were provided. Loved my stay at Hotel Global View Niigata!

Staff were great, room was larger than average in Japan, but the best part was the onsen Huge bathhouse opened overnight until 10am so you can access it in the evening, at the dead of night or after you wake up. Feel free to grab a popsicle (night) or a yakult (morning) after your bath as it is complimentary.
